S and says Caldas is a hotel, while shown as a "good vividero", the feeling arises be the inhabitants of a place that is not theirs, feeling as tenants in a borrowed space. This hotel is a great image that seeks to ensure the reality of justice prevailing father, processes of exclusion and asymmetry, removing any unpleasant image of self and constructing a building instead of screen memories pleasant. On the other hand, serves as a strategy to promote the community's identification and emulation with the parent who uses it to keep its place of absolute enjoyment. Around Father's justice emerges a city that defines legal and retains nominal paradigms significacionales, facing a real city made up of individuals who have been stripped of their ability to build truth and to name their reality. That is why the proposal focuses on inviting to identify four aspects: 1) there is always a part of the real city that refuses to be absorbed by the universal systems and lawyers, 2) a constitutive use of the law is seeking restoration of autonomy for the nomination of the dispossessed, the defense of justice and non-sibling usurping the place of father, 3) that the demand for production capacity demands changes epistemological truth, and 4) that the subject in condition embodies the breaking event systems and loyalty to the event is fidelity to his own humanity and unpredictable action unlimited creativity.

B revemente intend to contrast the formal education of the right root clearly modern philosophy which plays a simple role of internal validation of the system, the possibilities it opens a critical theory of law, where the philosophy is the creation and political imagination that pierces and breaks the given budgets. This gives us an overview of law as a possibility of resistance and transformation.
