The claim of the law has always consisted of a neurosis by shape reality, to define each of the fields of reality, by subjecting the human being and his imagination. En mi trabajo el descubrimiento fundamental es el de que sujetos políticos como el “pueblo”, que resultan problemáticos, son mucho más amplios, ricos e intensos pero reducidos por el derecho tradi-cional. Estamos presenciando una transformación profunda de lo que entendemos por Derecho.
